PRICES

The prices guaranteed to the customer are those displayed on the website at the time of ordering. Any promotion (discount code, special occasion promotion, personal voucher) cannot be combined with others currently ongoing.

ORDER PROCESSING

1. The cart constitutes the order form.

2. If you choose to place an order, you must enter the necessary information for billing and delivery of the items. The information provided at that time binds the customer. Our selling zones are Europe and the USA. We sell physical products that, for the majority, are not made and shipped by us but from a third-party supplier which has fulfillment centers worldwide. Customers can see these centers in the product description, and they are responsible for shipping. Regarding products like watches and scale models, they are made by us and shipped from Italy. For these products, it’s the customer’s responsibility to inform if they can import them, and under no circumstances do we pay the import taxes on any products.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason the Customer is not satisfied with the order, or in the unfortunate event that products are delivered that do not conform to what was requested, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty following the instructions below:

Returns can be made within 14 working days of the arrival of the goods.

Shop Fornasari di Fornasari Giovanni will refund the full cost of the products returned by the Customer, deemed unworn, unused, and undamaged.
